Fitness Detour
Fitness Program · Healthy Lifestyle
Twenty-four years ago, I took a fitness detour that changed my life. Rather than accepting aging and its related diseases as inevitable, I shifted my mindset, hired a fitness coach, and transformed my eating habits.
It didn’t happen overnight—but over time, I developed muscle, shed excess fat, and built a solid foundation. Today, at 50, I’m stronger and healthier than I was at 26.
Clients who have been with me for 10, 15, even 20 years have dramatically improved their health and slowed their biological clock. They're physically younger than their peers and function at significantly higher levels. And they continue to get stronger. Why? Because they understand the power of a systematic approach to fitness. They’ve invested in their health—and now they’re reaping the priceless rewards.
As a fitness coach, I’ve studied anatomy and kinesiology. I use those tools—and many others—to design programs that help you build strength and stability over time. The goal: avoid injury and prevent plateaus. I approach fitness like an architect designing a building—solid, structured, and intentional.
Now compare that to the random DIY fitness method: trying a little of this, a bit of that, and hoping something sticks (or worse, doesn’t cause injury).
It’s simple. When you build it right, you don’t break it.
