  • Strength training: Prioritize pulling movements (rows, face pulls) and back extensor work.

  • Postural awareness: Regularly reset your posture throughout the day. Shoulders back, rib cage stacked, chin neutral.

Like anything in wellness, posture correction is about consistency. A good setup at your workstation, device use at eye level, regular breaks, and bodywork like massage therapy all work together to prevent long-term issues.
