Integrated Movement & Massage
Want massage built in?
Both disciplines. One session. $240.
The Integrated Movement & Massage session brings both services together into a single 90-minute appointment, 30 minutes of corrective exercise followed by 60 minutes of therapeutic massage. You work on the movements that directly address what you're dealing with, whether that's core stability for low back pain, shoulder rehab, hip and knee issues, or postural imbalances. Then the bodywork follows, releasing the tension and restoring the tissue quality that lets those improvements stick.
30-Mins
Corrective Exercise
Targeted strength-building exercises for your specific concern, so you leave knowing exactly how to support your own recovery between sessions.
60-Mins
Therapeutic Massage
Whole-body manual therapy and fascia work to release restrictions, restore mobility, and reinforce what the movement work started.
